What kind of equipment do I need to call from my PC?One4000 is a leading worldwide provider of free VoIP calls (calls between computers, over the Internet).
We offer very competitive prices on international and long-distance calls to and from any type of PC, landline, mobile phone and BlackBerry.
One4000 has provided people all over the world with free Internet calls and low-cost calls to all other phones since the spring of 2004.
One4000 is located and VAT registered in Sweden. Customers outside of Europe does not pay any VAT.

If you download and install our One4000IP software (free of charge), you can immediately start calling friends that also have a PC and internet access. This is because with One4000IP we can route your calls via the internet, which is free.
Tell your friends to download One4000IP so you can all talk for free. But One4000IP doesn’t only work to other One4000IP users, you can call anyone that has a SIP based internet software on their computer. You can also use it to initiate calls from your landline or mobile.
On your One4000 account page (you get log in) or by using the One4000IP you have downloaded, you can initiate a call from your landline. These calls are not free, but almost – especially international
Compare our rates with your regular telecom operator and determine how much you will save.
Just download our free software for mobiles – One4000Mobile and use it directly through the menu in your phone.
Or, if you don’t want to download the software into your mobile phone, you can initiate a call by just sending an SMS (short text message) from your mobile with your pin code and the phone number you want to call. (You will receive your pin code when you register as customer).
The calls are not free, but almost. Compare our rates with your regular telecom operator and determine how much you will save.
Just download our free software for BlackBerry – One4000 for Blackberry® and use it directly through the menu in your BlackBerry. It works just like One4000Mobile.
Or, if you don’t want to download the software into your BlackBerry, you can initiate a call by just sending an SMS (short text message) from your BlackBerry with your pin code and the phone number you want to call. (You will receive your pin code when you register as customer).

NOTE: With One4000 downloaded to your BlackBerry, you initiate calls straight through the internet. This means you don’t have to pay the cost of an SMS to initiate your call.
Are all Customers entitled to free VoIP calls?
Yes. All our customers are entitled to free VoIP calls. VoIP calls are calls made from your PC to another PC, by using our free software One4000IP.

Click on "Purchase". Here you can buy telecom minutes, which are added to your account. It only takes seconds.
We use PayPal, Moneybooker and secure credit card payments through one of the leading internet payment services.

No, you pay only per minute for your calls and PC to PC calls are FREE.
« UpI have forgotten my password, how do I find out what it is?
Use the link "Forgot your password?" in the login box and follow the instructions. The password will be e-mailed to the address you have registered with us.

Sorry, you cannot contact us by phone, only by e-mail. We will get back to you as soon as possible. This way we can keep a cost-efficient organization, which in turn gives you the opportunity to call at very low rates without any reduction in quality and availability.
« UpWhat kind of equipment do I need for calling from my PC?
You download One4000IP that has an integrated IP phone of it's own. All you need to be able to make calls from it, is a headset or microphone and speakers or a USB phone. You can of course use broadband phones or WIFI phones.
« UpCan I see a record of how much I have bought for and when?
Yes, go to your web account. Click on "My Purchases". Here you can see a history log with your purchases.
« UpCan I see a record of whom I've called?
Yes, go to your account pages. Click on "Statistics". Here you can see a log with the last 20 calls. You can see what phone number you called and for how long you called. You can also get a file with your call log per month.
« UpCan I change my registered phone number that I want my calls directed to?
Yes, at any time you can log in to your account pages and change the phone number you want your calls directed to. For example, if you normally have them directed to your home phone and you will be visiting a friend for a week, then you can change it to your friends home phone number during that week. You can direct the call to any phone number, anywhere in the world.
